“In all your waysAcknowledge Him,
and He shall direct your paths” (Proverbs 3:6).

Kolleen's Bio

Kolleen discovered God had gifted her to write when she found herself Broken by a season of Change. It was during this time she realized she had become lost in her identity; overwhelmed with feeling Abandoned, Burned-out and Crushed.  As she began to Devour God's Word, acknowledging Him in all her ways,  He began to direct her steps;  with each step leading her out of Anxiety, Bondage, and Control.

Kolleen now shares her struggle with identity Authentically, Bravely and yet, with Compassion and humor.  Her love for Jesus radiates from her as she SPEAKS.  Her friends have described her as, Altruistic, Bubbly and Creative. Her heart yearns for people to discover they are not who they often believe they are. We must seek to discover our true identity in Christ and no longer rely on others to fill this void.

As a speaker, Kolleen shares her heart at Retreats, Conferences, MOPS meetings & Bible studies. She’s shared with the Venango Youth For Christ Ladies Good Friday breakfast and the Northeastern District CMA ladies Spring Refresh.

As a writer she has published devotions for: Jayme Lee Hull's Face-to-Face Mentoring, Upgrade with Dawn, christiandevotions.us, The Kingdom Life Now magazine, and The Praying Woman. She also posts daily on her FaceBook page.

Kolleen's Family

I am pretty sure I loved this man from the first moment I laid my eyes on him (which was in the eighth grade). We married on October 2, 1982 and we've worked hard every day since to make our marriage joyful, respectful and peaceful. I guess you could say we desire our marriage to be, well, full. Pat's gifted in acts of service, which is why he is known as the Energizer Bunny to our neighbors. I'm so grateful God created me to be Pat's helpmate. I love doing life at his side.

I had no idea being a Mimi to Mason, Emery, Avery and Nolan would be so much fun! They are treasures. :)

I sure wasn't always the best mom to the three God entrusted me with, but somehow, they've managed to grow into awesome adults. Our boys, Adam and Matt, each married beautiful girls and our daughter, Sarah, married a man much like her father. We love Caroline, Lindsey and Jeff and are thankful they are included in our family.  I couldn't imagine a better group of kids to share life with. I feel so incredibly fortunate that in God's plan for my life, He included these beautiful people.
